As part of the signup process, you will pre-approve your credit or debid card. As leads come in, your card will be billed for the amount of $50.00 usd per lead. Once successful billing has happened, the lead will be sent to you in real time. The same lead will be sent to a total of 5 suppliers in real time. The process takes seconds.

You will not receive duplicate leads.

Should any inbound enquiries be spam or totally unrelated to mortgage quotes, we will refund you the cost of the lead.

Should your card be declined, we immediatley reserve the right to add another supplier to the list in your place. If your card is declined or you need to change your card details, pls reach out to us immediatley.

You reserve the right to cancel and remove yourself from the supplier list at any given time. There are 2 options to remove yourself from our Supplier list:

A. Simply contact us via email, and we will reach out to you within 24 hours to confirm your removal to verify the validity of your request. Once you have confirmed, we will then immediatley remove you from the list.

We also reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any given time too.

For security reasons, we do not store your card details or see your card details at any given time. Your card details are stored with Stripe and secured by Stripe, enabling full PCI Compliance.
